What We Do

We hold two worship services every Sunday. The first service is held at 9:00am and contains traditional hymns. The second service is held at 11:00am and features contemporary worship. All the other elements of service are the same across the two gatherings. Each service is about an hour long.

The Middle Hour takes place every Sunday at 10:00am and is a great opportunity to gather together for fellowship and discipleship. There are a variety of on-going and rotating groups and programs for children, students and adults. Our Service Teams work together to promote the life and mission of First Church. There are many different ways to get involved and be a part of what we do – from serving coffee to organizing outreach events, we would love to have you as part of our team. Learn more about available Service Teams

Nursery

Children birth - 2yo are welcome in the nursery during 9am, The Middle Hour and 11am services. All our nursery volunteers are properly screened so that parents can feel safe and secure.

The Middle Hour

During the Middle Hour, children meet in smaller groups according to their grade for Sunday School. These classes are all located in the Children’s Department (lower level).

• First Look: 3 - 4yrs old
• 252 Kids: K - 4th grade
• Club 56: 5th and 6th grade

11am Kids Church

Children K – 4th grade begin in the sanctuary and are dismissed after worship to the lower level for large group instruction. This time allows children to receive age-appropriate teaching and discipleship while granting them the opportunity to fellowship with each other.

The Student Ministry at First Church helps students become mature followers of Christ. We desire to help students connect with each other and with mentors who will help guide the students through these formative years. For more information about our Student Ministry, please contact us.

The Middle Hour

During the Middle Hour, students in grades 7 – 12 meet in the youth room for prayer, fellowship, and teaching. This time is an opportunity for students to share what is going on in their lives and pray for one another.

The Collective

During the school year, our students meet every Sunday evening for the Collective. The Collective is an opportunity for students to worship, learn, and grow together. The Collective is here at the church from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
